What does appendicitis feel like? - what does appendicitis feel like

I have a strange pain in my right side that goes along with my right leg. Is it appendicitis or something else? Has anyone something like that?

The symptoms of appendicitis may include:

Pain in the abdomen, first around the belly button, then move to the lower right
Anorexia
Nausea
Vomiting
Constipation or diarrhea
Inability to pass gas
slight fever that begins after other symptoms

If you know you will not call into question. I had removed four years ago. There is usually a sharp pain on the right side of the hipbone. Then broke for vomiting. I think there should be no pain in his legs. For me, felt like an attack of appendicitis menstrual disorders that are not primarily on the right side of my belly.
