Breakfast: cereal with crunchy water oatbake no milk. Glass of orange juice.

Lunch: Tuna salad with 2 tablespoons of couscous with grilled vegetables

Dinner: Quorn chicken with a sauce of tomato puree peas with zucchini, peppers, while, to find the rest or vegetables, fancy.
